Bonnie L. Wolfe
Bonnie L. Wolfe, age 84, of Polk, died Thursday, Jan. 4, 2018 at Fremont.
She was born on April 21, 1933 in rural Benedict to Leonard and Olivia (Christensen) Renquist. Bonnie was a 1952 graduate of Park High School in Racine, Wis. On Oct. 4, 1952 she was united in marriage to Donald Wolfe in Benedict.
Bonnie was an active member at Trinity Lutheran Church in Polk. She enjoyed ceramics, exercising and was involved at the Town and Country Clothing Store in Stromsburg.
She is survived by her sons, Dan (Sandy) Wolfe of Polk and Dave Wolfe of Columbus and daughter, Deb (Ken) Wesch of Arlington. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Matt (Heidi) Wesch of Columbus, Mike (Kyla) Wesch of Oshkosh, Lee (Leslie) Wolfe of Grand Island and Syd (Sarah) Hamilton, of Omaha; 10 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Bob (Janice) Lott of Benedict and sister-in-law, Lois (Gary) Wiemer of York.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband and brother, Bob Renquist.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m., Monday, Jan. 8, 2018, at Metz Chapel in York. Interment will follow at the Greenwood Cemetery, York. Visitation will be held from 3-8 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 7 with the family greeting friends from 4-6 p.m. at the mortuary in York. Memorials may be directed to the Trinity Lutheran Church in Polk, or to Polk Fire and Rescue.
