    Carol Jean Will, age 79, of Bradshaw, NE, died Thursday, June 27, 2019 at York, NE. She was born on December 14, 1939 in Omaha, NE to Charlotte Johnson. On October 12, 1956, she was united in marriage to Arno Will in Beeville, TX. Carol worked for many years as a cook and manager at various restaurants, including Iron Skillet, York and Del’s Restaurant, Henderson and Bradshaw.

    ​Carol was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Bradshaw. She enjoyed cooking and grilling, fishing and camping, bowling and embroidery. She loved horses and going to horse races and also was a New York Yankees fan. Carol was a good friend to everybody that she knew and most importantly, she cherished her family, spending time with them, and especially her sweet puppy Sadie Mae. 

    She is survived by her husband Arno “Arnie” Will of Bradshaw, daughter Grace (Tim) Kula of Shelby, NE, sons Kent (Bonnie) Will and Rodney Will of Bradshaw, grandchildren: Christina (Tyler) Kersting of Lincoln, NE, Theresa (Cory) Boesch of Columbus, NE, Joshua (Catie) Kula of Shelby, Nic Kula of Shelby, Kent (Mandy) Will of Panama City Beach, FL, Candi Parker of Panama, City Beach, FL, Ryan Will of York, and Tyler (Merina) Will of Denver, CO; and seven great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister Dorothy (Herman) Schreiber-Neitzel of Lincoln, NE and brother Richard Crumley of Columbus, NE, and several nieces and nephews, and special friends Mona Wood of York, Bonnie Friesen, Andy and Linda Goebel all of Atkinson, NE. 

    She was preceded in death by her parents, aunts, and uncles.

    Memorial services are scheduled for 10:00 AM Tuesday, July 2, 2019 at Metz Chapel, York. Private inurnment at a later date at Plainfield Cemetery, Bradshaw. Cremation. No viewing or visitation. Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
