Elijah Thomas Wendell Greene, age 27 of Osceola, NE died Wednesday, June 18, 2025 in Osceola, NE. He was born on May 28, 1998 to Jimmy and Pamela (Davis) Greene in Lincoln, NE. Elijah grew up in Gresham, and graduated from Centennial High School in 2016. He was united in marriage to his beloved wife Morgan Christine Cradick on April 27, 2024 in York.
Elijah built his own business from the ground up called BWI, where he was a diesel mechanic. He loved cars and the color blue and yellow. He was very loyal, gentle, and sensitive towards others. Elijah was a dare devil, full of energy, smart and very funny. He was very adventurous as he greatly enjoyed traveling. Also, he enjoyed going to the shooting range. Elijah was a family man; he loved his daughter Lisa Jo very much and was super excited to meet his son. He deeply loved his wife, Morgan.
He is survived by his wife Morgan, daughter Lisa, and son “Champ” all of Osceola; mother Pamela Greene of York; father Jimmy (Cheri) Greene of Harvard; sister Ivorey (Everett) Cuevas of York; brother Jessie Davis of York; brother James Jarred Campbell of Ohio; father-in-law Ron (Bobbie) Cradick of Gresham, NE; brother-in-law Austin (Molly) Cradick of York; sister-in-law Araina Cradick of York; sister-in-law Emily Kaltenbach of York; brother-in-law Payton Cradick of Gresham; sister-in-law Jayden Cradick of Gresham; grandparents-in-law Bill and Megan McGraw of York; nieces; nephews; cousins; aunts; uncles; and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents John and Betty Greene; mother-in-law Lisa Cradick; and cousin Hope McGraw.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at Metz Chapel in York with the Reverend Raleigh White officiating. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery in York. Visitation will be held at Metz Mortuary on Monday evening where his family will greet friends from 5-8 p.m. Memorials may be sent to the family for later designation.
