James Joseph Moore
James “Jim” J Moore, age 70 of York, NE died Friday, January 14, 2022 at York. He was born April 12, 1951 in Omaha, NE to Cyrus V. and Hulda A. (Butterfield) Moore. Jim was a longtime mechanic at Sunflower Carriers in York for over 28 years. He enjoyed gardening, canning and growing flowers around his home. On June 22, 1984 he was married to Mary Miller at York.
He is survived by his wife Mary of York and his brother Cyrus E. (Janet) Moore also of York.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents, brother Arthur Ford, David Moore, Paul Moore and Tom Moore. Also, his sisters Patricia Moore and Carol Adams.
Inurnment and Graveside services are scheduled for 10:00 am, Friday, January 28, 2022 at Greenwood Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to his family for later designation. Jim has been cremated so there will be no viewing or visitation.
