Katriona Elisabeth McAulay, age 5 months, was welcomed into the arms of Jesus on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 in York, NE. She was born on January 20, 2026 to Kodie and Linsey (Duke) McAulay in Omaha, NE.
Katriona was a very happy baby bringing so much joy to her family. She loved to be held and cuddled, and was unique in her own way since she was born with Trisomy 18. Her family feels very lucky to have been able to have her and love her for the five months they were given with this precious girl.
Katriona is survived by her parents Kodie and Linsey McAulay, siblings David, Emily, Madeleine, and Anneliese, all of York, grandparents Greg and Madeleine McAulay of Temple, TX, Laura and Allen Duke of Columbus, NE, great-grandmother Margaret McAulay of Placencia, CA, aunts and uncles Marissa McAulay of Temple, TX, Benjamin (Kristin) McAulay of Alvarado, TX, Alex (Kaitlyn) McAulay of Temple, TX, and Ayla Duke of Columbus, NE.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Thursday, July 9, 2026 at Metz Chapel in York. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Cremation following services. Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
