She was born June 24, 1975 to Thomas Horn and June VonSenden at Alexandria, La. Growing up, her family was in the military (Air Force) and they moved around a lot. She graduated high school in New London, Iowa. Mandy had worked for Good To Go and Wal-Mart.
Mandy enjoyed bowling, watching MacGyver and Netflix, listening to country music and loved her cats. The most important part of her life was her daughters and spending time with them.
She is survived by her daughters, Kira Horn and Aaliyah Horn of York; her father, Thomas (Addleid) Horn of Dyersburg, Tenn.; her siblings, Raoul Drum of Kentucky, Clyde Horn of Burlington, Iowa and Anna Horn of Chattanooga, Tenn. and her mother June.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Earl and Gloria Horn.
Memorial services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday, March 16, 2017 at Metz Chapel. Inurnment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, York. Cremation. No viewing or visitation.
