Marisol Rose Stamp

Marisol Rose Stamp, age 18 of Bradshaw, NE, died at her home on July 31, 2024. She was born on June 2, 2006 at Geneva, NE. She was brought home at 2 days old to her parents Mark and Becky Stamp, and was finally adopted August 26, 2008. Marisol loved going to Deb’s Daycare. She loved Deb and Papa Milan. All the kids at daycare were her friends, and Becky could never make butter noodles like Deb.

Marisol would have been a Senior at Heartland Community School this year. While in high school she loved volleyball, flag core and was in band, and FFA. Since the age of 3, Marisol’s love was dance. She started in Henderson, then went to York Dance Center, and her last year was with Tempo Performing Arts in Aurora. She had met so many friends at Legacy Dance Center in North Platte, and with the help of Pete and Star Thelisma, fulfilled her dreams and got a scholarship to dance in Los Angeles, CA. She loved it so much we went back for 3 years. Besides dancing she had an amazing voice…her honor was singing at her sister’s wedding.

Marisol was a very adventurous person. She loved her horse Sally and loved her 4-wheeler. She loved when Derek would give her horseback rides before she got Sally. She hated that Derek called her Maudie and her dog crockpot (instead of Harley), but then she would say, “this is the way I know Derek loves me”. Stephanie, her big sister, was everything to her. When Steph played softball she was the bat girl every game. Sitting in the dugout with big Sis. We just went 4-wheeling with Steph and family on the 5th of July, and her wish was to get muddy. (Oh…she did that, all the way up to her thigh). If Marisol needed to clear her mind, the 4-wheeler was being driven around our house for hours. The love and bond she had with Devon was amazing. The Harry Potter movies and all Harry Potter memorabilia stuff they collected! The countless hours of movies, games, and being together was amazing.

Carlotta was such a great blessing last year, and listening to all the laughing from the basement filled Becky’s heart. Marisol lived life to the fullest. She was sweet, compassionate, and the most caring and loving soul. She was the best Yah Yah to her nieces and nephews. She loved them so much and loved giving them 4-wheeler rides. She loved softball, volleyball, 4-H (Gresham Livestock gang), archery and her dogs (Harley, Daisy and Ollie).

She was baptized and confirmed in her faith at Zion Lutheran Church and was a member of the Church.

She is survived by her parents Mark and Becky Stamp of Bradshaw, NE, siblings Derek (Abbey) Stamp of Bradshaw, Stephanie (Vade) Jensen of Wilcox, NE, Devon Stamp of Bradshaw, and sister Carlotta Bertarione of Italy, nieces and nephews: Ava, Watson, and Kali Stamp and Marlee, Zoey, and Waylon Jensen, grandmothers Marilyn Good of Ewing, NE and Joan Stamp of Inman, NE, many aunts, uncles, cousins, birth mother, and Godmother Kasey Blase of Henderson, NE.

She was preceded in death by grandfathers James Good and Pete Stamp.
