Mary Hartman died on September 8, 2026 in LaVista, NE. She was born to MA (Deb) & Phyllis Hartman June 15, 1953 in Stromsburg NE. She graduated with the class of 1971 Stromsburg High School.
Mary served in the US Army at Ft. Carson as a Financial Specialist and at Ft. Jackson as a Drill Sargent. She spent her civilian career as a courier with FedEx.
Mary is survived by sisters Barbara (Chris) Lundberg of Kingwood TX, Jane Lott of York, Nebraska, many nieces, nephews and treasured friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, mother, brother-in-law, Dr. John Lott, nephew, Christopher Lundberg.
A private family service will be held at Greenwood Cemetery in York, NE. There will be no viewing or visitation. Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
