She was born March 17, 1993 at York to Barrick and Elisa (Preslicka) Carranza and graduated from York High School in 2011 where she was active in the FFA Club and was on the school’s bowling team.
She was formerly employed at Grand Central Super Valu in York and was also a cook at the Leadership Center at Aurora, NE. She was a CNA having worked at the Henderson Nursing Home. Natasha loved to draw, enjoyed butterflies, roses and angels, playing chess and was an avid card player.
She is survived by her father Barrick Carranza of York, her mother Elisa (Douglas) Todd of York. Three brothers; Cooper Todd, Daulton Todd and Devin Todd all of York. Step brothers; Shaun (Sally) Munson of Lincoln and Tyler (Loren Reichwaldt) Forrest of Lincoln, NE,
Her sisters; Christa Todd of York, Cara Carranza of York, April (Loyd Martinez) Forrest of Lawton, OK, Angelique Romero of Oklahoma City, OK and Christine Romero of Norman OK.
Her grandparents Doug (Electa) Preslicka of Bradshaw, Bruce Todd of York and Shirley Todd of Central City, NE, and her grandfather Maurice Spencer of Lincoln. Numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.
She was preceded in death by her step mother Deb Carranza.
Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 pm Wednesday at the Bradshaw United Methodist Church with the Reverend Mary Scott officiating with burial in the Plainfield Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation. Visitation begins after 1:00 pm on Tuesday with her family greeting friends from 7-8:30 later that evening.
