Tami Lynn Kozisek, age 40 of York, NE, died Friday, April 10, 2026 in Lincoln, NE surrounded by her family. She was born on July 3, 1985 in Columbus, NE to Duane and Ramona (Rosenberry) Kozisek.
Tami found her greatest joy in time spent with her family, especially visiting with her grandparents and cheering on Bentley at his baseball games. She loved to sit back and people watch, always finding interest in the world around her. Known for her warm spirit, she never met a stranger and made others feel welcome wherever she went. She also treasured her Apace family, holding those connections close to her heart.
She is survived by her father Duane Kozisek of Gresham, NE; brother Ryan Kozisek of Tecumseh, NE; aunts Donna Cirar of California and Carol Miller of Columbus. She is also survived by her second family Brett (Shealee) DeLay and their children Mackenzie and Bentley DeLay of York; and grandma Ruth Riley of Hastings, NE.
She was preceded in death by her mother Ramona.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Tami has been cremated there will be no viewing or visitation. Memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
