Tom was a longtime mechanic at Tom’s Garage in Bradshaw. He enjoyed model trains, airplanes and Oliver tractors and old cars especially corvettes.
He is survived by his spouse Nancy of Bradshaw and daughter Julie (Jon) Hightower of York. His grandchildren include Heather Leslie, Kyle (Tiffani) Schaff and Danielle Pieper and fiance’ Devin Sikes all of York. 7 Great-Grandchildren. Also surviving is James (Jean) Monnier of Bradshaw.
He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Janice Monnier, grandson-in-law John Leslie and his brother Stephen Monnier.
Memorial services are scheduled for 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at the Metz Chapel in York with the Reverend Michelle Reed officiating. Inurnment will be in Council Cemetery south of Bradshaw. It was Tom’s wish to be cremated so there will be no viewing or visitation. Memorials may be directed to his family for later designation. COVID 19 Funeral Guidelines will be implemented with limited spaced seating (75% occupancy), 6 feet of separation between household units and masks required.
